Illegible markings tolerance: 20 % egg.

· Number of eggs packed
· Date of minimum durability
· Recommendation consumers to keep eggs in the
refrigerator.
· Breeding system
· Lot Number
· Explanation of the producer code, marked on the egg

STORAGE AND
Class A eggs are stored in the premises of FARM SAN RAFAEL, S.L.
at room temperature until shipment.
Keep eggs refrigerated after purchase.

Clara: transparent and translucent.
Bud: visible on candling as a shadow, since discernible outline claramente.
Germ: imperceptible development.
Absence of foreign matter, odors.
Tolerance of quality defects: 5 % (10 % under batch 180 eggs)
Weight: XL; Very Large 73 grams more.
The; Large 63 a 73 grams, weight latter excluded.
M; Medium of 53 a 63 grams, weight latter excluded.
S; Smaller than 53 grams.
Weight tolerance: maximum 10 % egg weight categories bordering.
(20 % under batch 180 eggs)
No more than 5 % of eggs of the next lower weight.
(10 % under batch 180 eggs)
